| Hi everybody! I know it's been a long time since I logged on. I got kinda caught up in college stuff and prom. anyway now that I have a spare moment I thought I'd recap the last period of time. I graduated, no small feat. and now I just moved into the dorms @ Bethany College three days ago. My sister had her baby, an adorable little boy he's healthy and I don't think I heard him cry once while I was there! i lost 15 pounds this summer, then quickly forgot about all forms of dieting when I saw the homemade ice cream place by my sister's house. I'm in the middle of orientation and it's feeling just like summer camp. all our activities are planned and I feel like there's no free time. until today, but that'll all change tuesday when class starts  All that's in our fridge is chips cause that's all we have. maybe my roommate and I'll go shopping. I'm having fun and meeting new and awesome people. If any of you guys are going to bethany let me know I'd like to see you. that's all I can think of right now. maybe I'll learn something else to tell everyone. | | |

| Today was prety good I had a talk with one of our pastor's friends who works in campus ministry @ Hays. I found out a lot. This week we had a lot of drama @ our school. I walked in the door after lunch on Wednesday and saw everyone running tword the band room, I asked someone what was going on and we were on lockdown. At first I thought it might be a drill, but no. Here's what I heard happened. This one kid Todd has anger issues, well he came to school in a bad mood, someone asked my friend Devin what was wrong with Todd. Devin told the kid that he THOUGHT Todd's girlfriend broke up with him. Todd got realy mad. He asked another guy who Devin sat by in History, the guy said Taylor and Cris. Todd went to the homec. room to talk with them. our teacher Mrs. A told him to get out and @ lunch told Taylor and Cris to go out the back. I guess Todd kept making threats to people cause after we were told to go back to class, we saw the cops haul him away. I don't know anything other than that @ the moment, but if i find something out I'll update it. Once I knew what was going on, I was kinda scared, but it was all handled and nobody was hurt. I'm still thanking God that it didn't go farther than that. | | |
| The musical went great I am so glad that it's over though that was a lot of time that I was giving up. We had the 1st scholar's bowl that choir people were allowed to go to and we only lost 3 rounds I was pretty proud although Rosie is a terrible driver. There was also a choir clinic but I didn't have to go because I would have gotten fired if I had. Life seems relaxed now, but it doesn't seem like it's time for thanksgiving yet! In my mind the school year just started, but oh well life goes on weather you feel like it's time or not. otherwise everyone would probably just stay where they were all the time. well I gotta do some ACT practice tests. | Hey everyone this is like the third time I've tried to do this. but anyway Tonight's the night the play is here. We know our lines, most of them anyway. I keep looking @ the clock that's set wrong so I'm like "What the world? I'm an hour late!!" but I'm not. I got satelite radio and I LOVE it. Sirius Rocks. I'm in love with Revolution which is the christian rock station, like hard rock!! I'm so happy. I also like listening to the comedy stations. There's an Elvis station, seriously who likes Elvis that much? I mean he's the king and all but 24 hours is WAAAY too much for me. I'm definately moving to Kansas City for the summer, my sister said I could live with her And my other sister said she could get me a job @ Aero, where she's the manager. And a word of advice for all juniors and underclassmen DON'T Put off the ACT take it as soon as you can! You'll thank me later. and this piece of advice just blew me out of the water. Kansas Weslyan doesn't have a youth ministry program the only thing they have is philosophy and religion. That's crazy, Every other church funded school has at least 5 different ministry programs and Kansas Weslyan Philosophy and Religion. Well gotta go get ready for GODSPELL Yea! | | |
